REPERTE

REPERTE

WELCOME TO THE STATE REGISTER OF ENTITIES INTERESTED IN STRATEGIC PROJECTS FOR ECONOMIC RECOVERY AND TRANSFORMATION (PERTE)

PURPOSE: the purpose of the REPERTE is to guarantee the public information of all the entities linked to the development of a PERTE, regardless of their public or private legal nature and their form of incorporation.

REGULATION:

- Articles 9, 10 and 11 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of 30 December.

- Order HFP/168/2022, of 7 March, regulating the operation and structure of the State Register of entities interested in Strategic Projects for Economic Recovery and Transformation.

TRANSITIONAL REGIME: In compliance with the transitory provision of said order, the file with the structure and format is available for sending in the virtual office, exchange formats, by the competent bodies of the ministries and the entities accredited in the PERTES.

NOTE: as stipulated in the aforementioned Order, the process consists of two phases:

1.-Accreditation, in which the competent ministries in each of the PERTES will be responsible for establishing by regulation the technical, economic and legal conditions required, receiving the applications from the interested parties, assessing them and agreeing or refusing accreditation.

2.-Registration, in which the competent ministries will communicate the accreditation resolutions adopted to the IGAE (General Comptroller of the State Administration) for the purpose of their registration in the State Register.

Therefore, the companies interested in the PERTE will be in the first phase, and must contact the competent ministries. Once they have been accredited, they must send the resolutions on accreditation to REPERTE and proceed to their registration. Consequently, entities interested in participating in a PERTE cannot apply to REPERTE for registration.

This page will provide access the contents of the register once the bodies responsible for each of the PERTEs start being accredited as entities.
