Report on the average period for paying suppliers

Article 6.1 of Royal Decree 635/2014, dated 25 July, developing the methodology for calculating the average period for paying suppliers of public administrations and the conditions and procedure for retaining resources from the finance systems established in the Budget Stability and Financial Stability Act 2/2012, dated 27 April, establishes that the State Controller’s Office will calculate the information concerning the average payment period to central administration suppliers established in that article. To achieve compliance with this requirement, the State Controller’s Office shall publish this information monthly.
