The purpose of the State Register of Entities Interested in Strategic Projects for Economic Recovery and Transformation (REPERTE) is to guarantee public information on all entities linked to the development of a PERTE, regardless of their public or private legal nature and their form of constitution, and is regulated in Articles 9, 10 and 11 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020 of 30 December, as well as in Order HFP/168/2022 of 7 March.
