Through this procedure, it may initiate a complaint in order to ascertain and oppose the reasons for the rejection of a request for accessible information or complaint, to urge the adoption of appropriate measures in the event of disagreement with the decision taken, or to set out the reasons why the response is considered not to meet the required requirements.

In addition, this website is reviewed by the Web Accessibility Observatory (OAW), the latest revision having been carried out in July 2023.
