Article 135 of General Budget Act No. 47/2003 of 26 November 2003 provides that, without prejudice to the power of the General Courts to request from the Government such information as they deem appropriate, the General Intervention of the State Administration shall, on a monthly basis, make available to the Budget Committees of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate information on the implementation of the budgets. In order to comply with this provision, this publication is prepared on the basis of the content established by Order EHA/3067/2011 of 8 November, approving the Accounting Instruction for the General Administration of the State.
