Article 37.2 of General Budget Act No. 47/2003 of 26 November 2003 stipulates that the draft General State Budget Act shall be accompanied by the liquidation of the previous year ' s budgets as supplementary documentation. The General Intervention of the State Administration produces this publication in compliance with the aforementioned article, differentiating between the liquidation of the AGE Budget, that of the Autonomous Agencies, State Agencies and other Public Bodies with appropriations from their expenditure budget of a limiting nature and that corresponding to the exploitation and capital budgets.
