Article 135 of General Budget Act No. 47/2003 of 26 November 2003 provides that, without prejudice to the power of the General Courts to request from the Government such information as they deem appropriate, the General Intervention of the State Administration shall, on a monthly basis, make available to the General Courts, through its Budget Office, information on the execution of budgets. In order to comply with this precept, this publication is prepared on the basis of the content established by Order EHA/2045/2011 of 14 July, approving the Accounting Instruction for the State Institutional Administration.
