This publication includes the non-financial operations made during the quarter in question, in terms of national accounting, both by the Public Administration sector (S.13) and by its component sub-sectors: Central Government (S.1311), State and Central Government Bodies, Regional Government (S.1312), with details for each of the Autonomous Communities, Local Government (S.1313) and Social Security Funds (S. 1314). The criteria used to establish institutional boundaries and to record and attribute operations are in line with those established in the European Union System of National and Regional Accounts (ESA 2010), Statistical Review 2019.
