Model for notification to the European Union in the context of the Excessive Deficit Procedure (EDP). In accordance with Article 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2009, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) No 679/2010: 'Member States shall notify the Commission (Eurostat) of expected and actual government deficits and expected and actual government debt levels twice a year, the first before 1 April of the current year (year n) and the second before 1 October of year n.'
