The General Intervention of the State Administration produces this publication in compliance with the obligation imposed by article 135 of the General Budget Act to make regionalized information on the degree of implementation of the real investment of the State Public Sector available to the General Courts through its Budget Office every six months.
This publication began in 2009, pursuant to article 60 of Act No. 2/2008 of 23 December 2008 on the General State Budget for the year 2009, referring to the State and its autonomous bodies.
Act No. 36/2014 of 26 December 2014 on the General State Budget for the year 2015 extends the subjective scope to the State Public Sector.
