Article 135 of the General Budget Act 47/2003, dated 26 November, establishes that, without prejudice to the Spanish Parliament’s powers to ask the Government for whatever information it considers appropriate, the State Controller’s Office shall, every month, make information about budget implementation available to the Spanish Parliament, via its Budget Office.
