Article 135 of the General Budget Act 47/2003, dated 26 November, establishes that, without prejudice to the Spanish Parliament’s powers to ask the Government for whatever information it considers appropriate, the State Controller’s Office shall, every month, make information about budget implementation available to the Spanish Parliament, via its Budget Office. In order to comply with this requirement, this publication is drawn up based on the content established by Order EHA/2045/2011, dated 14 July, approving the Accounting Circular for the State Institutional Administration.
