Article 135 of Law 47/2003 of 26 November, General Budget, stipulates that, without prejudice to the power of the General Courts to request from the Government the information they deem appropriate, the General Intervention of the State Administration, on a monthly basis, shall make available to the General Courts, through its Budget Office, information on the implementation of budgets. In order to comply with this provision, this publication is drawn up on the basis of the content established by Order EHA/2045/2011 of 14 July approving the Accounting Instruction for the State Institutional Administration.
