Article 135 of General Budget Act 47/2003 of 26 November states that, without prejudice to the power of the General Courts to request from the Government the information they deem appropriate, the General Intervention of the State Administration shall, on a monthly basis, make available to the General Courts, through its Budget Office, information on the execution of budgets. To comply with this precept, this publication is prepared on the basis of the content established by Order EHA/2045/2011, of 14 July, approving the Accounting Instruction for the Institutional Administration of the State.
